2．  Supplied with FANUC ａpowerful spindle motor manufactured by Japan, large output torque when making low speed, wide region constant power (8),MJ-520B is more suitable for powerful machining in low speed, because it is equipped with two steps speed gear box.

3．  The bed is slant at an angle of 45, which can posses super width work table, the harden guide-way and the reasonable structure can provide the features such as large torque, anti-vibration, easy chips removing. The cross guide way is sealed with turcite.

4．  The servo motor is directly connected with the ball screws on X .Z axis, so the machine has simple driving chain, which can ensure the low noise, clearance and high connection rigidity.

5．  Hydraulic outer turn-round turret which can change tools logically possesses features of simple-construction, large locking force, quick change, easy maintenance and little interference when working.

6．  MJ-520/MC is a turning centre; the spindle of the machine is controlled with C-axis, which adopts high density circle magnetic encoder to feed back, advanced structure, short cut of driving chain, high accuracy, and large output torque. Driving tools on turret are driven by AC spindle motor; it possesses high accuracy, high speed and large twisting force.
